Meet the Teacher
On Tuesday, June 2, the third grade students presented their biography research in the form of a Living Wax Museum. Over the course of four weeks, students conducted research, created a presentation, and wrote an essay and speech. Students focused on their historical person's childhood, adulthood and achievements. As the culminating project, third graders dressed up as their historical figure and presented a speech to the family, friends, and staff members who attended the Living Wax Museum.

Our middle school PBIS program allows students in grades 6–8 to earn Wolf Bucks for demonstrating the CHMS characteristics: Caring, Honest, Motivated, and Successful. Students can spend their Wolf Bucks at the prize cart during morning convocation on fun items like homework passes, candy, pencils, and stickers.

Every Wolf Buck spent goes into our quarterly raffle. At the end of each quarter, we draw for prizes generously donated by our PTO. The more Wolf Bucks students spend, the more chances they have to win—and all Wolf Bucks stay in the raffle bin all year long.

Students look forward to the raffle each quarter and love cheering their classmates on. We are incredibly thankful for our PTO’s generosity, which makes this program possible!
